1) Cancellations - Flight Ticket(s); No Refund, but can be considered after consulting with the Airlines, but no guarantee of any sort of refund is provided.
2) Cancellations - Hotel Booking(s) with Arrival and/or Departure Date(s) between 1st February and 31st October;
a) More than 7 days of notice prior due Arrival Date, a 1 Night Cancellation Fee will be charged
b) 7 days or less notice prior due Arrival Date, full payment will be charged.
3) Cancellations - Hotel Booking(s) with Arrival and/or Departure Date(s) between 1st November and 20th December, and, 11th January and 21st January;
a) More than 14 days of notice prior due Arrival Date, a 1 Night Cancellation Fee will be charged
b) 14 days or less notice prior due Arrival Date, full payment will be charged.
4) Cancellations - Hotel Booking(s) with Arrival and/or Departure Date(s) between 20th December and 10th January;
a) More than 31 days of notice prior due Arrival Date, a 1 Night Cancellation Fee will be charged
b) 31 days or less notice prior due Arrival Date, full payment will be charged.
5) Order Requests related to any Goods / Merchandise purchases - If cancelled on the day on which that initial Order was placed, a 10% cancellation charge will be applied. Else, cancellation requests received after the initial day on which the Order was placed, no refund, but Shipping & Handling charges will be refunded if, a) Shipping & Handling Charges were actually paid at the time of the initial Order, or, b) The Goods / Merchandise have yet not been dispatched.
